Spread out and relax in this spacious 2300 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. Fish from the backyard dock, eat Smores by the fire pit, cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen and enjoy it in the formal dining room or on the Lanai. Enjoy sports on the large screen TV while the kids play on their own personal flat screen TV and Xbox One.

Centrally located; restaurants, shopping malls, groceries, banks and drug stores are all withing 5 miles. Several beaches are within 15 minutes.

Make yourself at home

This is a very large house with plenty of storage. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, except for the master bedroom; it has two.

The king-size master bedroom is very large and comfortable with a sliding pocket door that opens the river facing wall completely onto a large lanai. Right outside the door is a table and chairs from which you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the wonderful water view and the morning sunshine. This room also has a work area with a glass desk, a small computer for internet access and a work area for your laptop.

The full-sized guest room has a sliding pocket door that opens to the lanai and directly into the large back yard, complete with a dock to fish from.

The kids’ room is set up with 2 bunk beds, a flat screen TV and an Xbox One.

The kitchen is very large, well lit, and stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. The dining room is luxurious, and the China cabinet is full of glassware to enjoy your cocktails. if you want a more informal place to eat, you can eat in the dining area in the Lanai while enjoying the fresh air and wonderful water views.

The den has a large screen TV, DVD player, 2 sleeper sofas and a love seat. There is plenty of room for the entire family to relax and enjoy quality family time.

When you arrive from your long trip, you will not need to worry about grocery shopping. We provide a grocery service to make sure your refrigerator, pantry, and bar are stocked before you arrive. Just give us your shopping list and we will take care of the rest. When you get in from your long trip you will know that everything to make you feel at home is at your fingertips. There is food in the pantry, drinks in the refrigerator and wine in the wine rack.

We strive to be family friendly and can provide anything needed for an infant We have a full-size crib, pack and play crib, highchair, booster seats, baby swing, stroller, car seat, toys, infant flotation devices, floaties and life vests for small children and much more. If you need something we do not have, please let us know and we can secure the items from a local baby furniture rental company before your arrival.

Smoking is not allowed in the house or in the lanai. If you do smoke outside, please do not throw your butts on the ground or the water. Please throw them away in the garbage outside.

The closest beach is Englewood beach, 12 miles away and the closest public pool is Centennial Park pool, 7 miles away.

We offer many services to make your travel easier. We offer grocery services to stock your refrigerator, pantry, shelves and bar with anything you need before you arrive.

If you have little ones, we can supply some basic baby furniture. If we do not have what you are requesting, we can offer to rent it for you. We will set it up before you arrive and return it after you leave. You will only be billed for actual costs plus a small convenience fee.

You won’t be at a loss for things to do if you enjoy an active life style. We can help you arrange private in shore or offshore fishing charters, golf tee times, parasailing, kayaking, boat rentals, dolphin watching excursions and hunting for fossils, shark and Megalodon teeth.

If you just want to chill, we can guide you to wonderful parks and walking trails or you could just go for a stroll in our quiet neighborhood.

We strive to be family friendly and can provide anything needed for infants and young children. We have a crib, stroller, highchair, car seat and toys available. If we don't have it, we can offer it through a local baby furniture rental company. Just let us know ahead of time.

Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. Pack light because you won't need much. If you forget anything, let us know, and we may be able to provide it for you.

The beaches on Florida's gulf cove are among the best in the world. They offer white sandy beaches, warm shallow waters, exquisite seashells, shark teeth, and sunset memories that will last a lifetime. There are a lot of different types of beaches nearby offering different amenities.

Englewood beach offers tons of parking, volleyball courts and nearby restaurants. Port Charlotte beach offers a public swimming pool, kayak rentals, basketball and tennis courts, a Kids playground and much more. If you want to take in nature, Stump Pass beach has a wonderful trail that runs through different natural communities.

If fishing is your thing, the Venice pier is world famous and it is also the shark tooth capital of the world.
